Help with Allergy Tracker for iPhone.
How does Allergy Tracker work?
Open the app and tap a severity level: None, Mild, Moderate, Bad, or Severe. That single tap is a complete, saved check-in. From there you can optionally add symptoms, mark that you took medication, or write a short note. History groups your check-ins by day so you can look back on how things have been.
Is Allergy Tracker medical advice?
No. Allergy Tracker helps you record your own allergy history. It does not diagnose, treat, predict, identify causes, or recommend medical care. If you have concerns about your symptoms or medication, talk to a pharmacist or clinician.
How are pollen or environmental conditions determined?
They aren't. Allergy Tracker doesn't include pollen, weather, or air-quality data. It only records what you enter yourself. Everything in your history and summary is based on your own logged check-ins.
How do I log symptoms or medication?
After you save a check-in, tap "Add details" to choose symptoms, mark "Took medication," or add a note. You can also open any past entry from History and edit those details later.
How do I add a check-in for a day I missed?
Open History and tap "Add past check-in." You can set the date and time, then add severity and any optional details, just like a normal entry.
How do I delete my data?
To remove a single entry, open it from History and delete it (deleted entries can be undone right away). To erase everything at once, go to Settings and choose Delete All Data. This permanently removes your local history immediately.
Does Allergy Tracker require an account?
No. There's no sign-up and no login. If you turn on iCloud sync, it uses your existing Apple ID automatically. There's no separate Allergy Tracker account to create or manage.
How do I manage or restore my purchase?
Lifetime is a one-time Apple purchase, not a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel. If you reinstall the app or set it up on a new device, open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases" to bring it back.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Lifetime includes CSV export from History or Settings, using the standard iOS share sheet, so you can save or send your data wherever you'd like.
Is my data backed up?
Your on-device history is included in your normal encrypted iPhone backups. If iCloud sync is on, it's also kept in your own private iCloud account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
