A one-tap log for your allergy days.
Tap a severity, add symptoms or medication when it's useful, and build a private history you can actually look back on.
No account. No ads. Your check-ins stay on your iPhone, and in your own private iCloud if you turn on sync.
How it works
Three steps, a few seconds each
Log how you feel
Open the app and tap a severity: None, Mild, Moderate, Bad, or Severe. That's a complete, saved entry.
Add detail if you want
Mark symptoms, note that you took medication, or add a short note. Everything past the first tap is optional.
Look back on your history
Review entries by day, fix or delete anything, and see a plain weekly summary once you've logged a few check-ins.
What's inside
Built around logging, not features you won't use
One-tap check-in
Five severity levels: None, Mild, Moderate, Bad, Severe. A single tap is a complete entry. Nothing else is required.
Symptoms & medication
Add common allergy symptoms and mark whether you took medication, only on the days it's worth recording.
History by day
Entries grouped in reverse-chronological order. Edit or delete anything, and backfill a day you forgot.
A plain weekly summary
After a few check-ins, see your allergy days and Bad or Severe days for the last week. No charts, no predictions.
Private notes & export
Add a short note for your own context, and export your full history as a CSV file whenever you want it.
Optional local reminder
A daily nudge to check in, scheduled entirely on your phone. No push notifications, no server involved.
Why keep a log
Your history, not just today
One check-in tells you about right now. A few weeks of them tell you something more useful: whether this stretch has actually been worse than last month, or it just felt that way.
Allergy Tracker keeps that history for you and summarizes it plainly. It won't tell you what caused a bad day. It just makes sure you can see the pattern of your own days without keeping a diary.
- Reverse-chronological history grouped by day
- Highest severity and check-in count shown per day
- 7-day summary: allergy days, Bad/Severe days, most-logged symptom
- Edit, backfill, or delete any entry at any time
- Export everything as CSV, on your terms
- No sign-up, no login, no user account
- No analytics and no ad tracking of any kind
- No pollen, weather, air-quality, or location data
- No third-party servers; the developer never sees your entries
Privacy
Built to stay private
Your allergy check-ins live on your iPhone. If you're signed in to iCloud, they also sync to your own private iCloud account so your history follows you to your other Apple devices.
